Sandra Faye Bickmeier, 73 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, March 14, 2011 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born May 9, 1937 in Lansing, Ohio, a daughter of the late David Chipman and M. Drusilla Celly Dyson Chipman.
Sandi was a retired insurance agent from American General Life Insurance Co., and a member of the Bridgeport Church of God. She loved her family, friends and her church.
Surviving are three children, Robert L. (Cheryl) Bickmeier of Galloway, Ohio, Shawnee J. Withers of Wolfhurst, Ohio and Christine M. (Eric) Mann of Noblesville, Indiana; three grandchildren, Ashley, Bob, and Carrie.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Thomas H. Tennant officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
