Ruth Ann Williams, 65, of Bellaire, Ohio, died June 12, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born on August 15, 1957, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late JoAnn Atwell Anderson.

Ruth was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. Ruth loved spending quality time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel L. Williams Sr. in 2000.

Ruth is survived by her children, Duane Williams, April (Jeremy) Myers, and Toni Masciarelli as well as four stepchildren; a sister, Nena Atwell; her granddaughter with whom she resided with, Marisa Murphy; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Family and Friends will be received at on Sunday from 1-3 & 5-7 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Majors Louis and Norma Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
