Obituary
Tuttle, Ruth Enid, 94, of Martins Ferry, died on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at East Ohio Regional Medical Center.
She was born November 29, 1912 in Lawrence County, Ohio, daughter of the late William and Emma Adkins Sturgill.
Ruth was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Tuttle; a brother, William C. Sturgill Sr.; a sister, Jean Dam; and a nephew, William C. Sturgill Jr.
Surviving are special nieces and nephews, K. William (Betty) Sturgill of St. Clairsville, Marilyn Sturgill of Grass Lake, Michigan, Michael Sturgill and Mary Sturgill both of Texas; several great nieces and great nephews.
There will be Graveside Services held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio, with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. Arrangements by Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
