Ruth Lee Graham, 65 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died surrounded by her family on May 25, 2021 at her home.

She was born February 15, 1956 in Dorseyville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late John and Jane Virginia Darras Palin.

Ruth was a drafting technician for the Belmont County Engineers office and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and her animals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Palin; and a sister, Ann Palin.

Surviving are her loving husband of 41 years, James R. Graham of St. Clairsville; a son, Ross P. Graham (Brittany), a daughter, Jane D. (Zachary) Bowers; a granddaughter, Lynden Kay Graham; three brothers, Rob, Greg, and Joel; a sister Joyce DeAnda

Honoring Ruth's wishes, there will be no visitation held.  Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
