Ruth Jean Baker Jeffers Borovich, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away May 21, 2024, at WVU Wheeling Hospital. She was born at home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on March 7, 1932, a daughter of the late Clarence G. Baker, Sr. and Freedithe C. Palmer Baker.

She was a homemaker and Methodist by faith. She enjoyed quilting, baking, and taking care of her flower gardens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Paul Joseph Jeffers; second husband Roman Borovich; infant daughter Paula Jean Jeffers; son-in-law William B. White. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Carrell, Annie, Betty, Essie, Hilda; brothers Clarence, Caleb, Larry, and James.

She is survived by four daughters, Penny (Clay) Mannix, Tina (Randy) Hayes, Robin (Glen) Fridley, and Tammy White; 8 grandchildren, Aubrey (Larry) Usenick, Corey Hayes, William "Billy" White, Katelyn Fridley, John Mannix, Joshua (Alyssa) Mannix, Austin (Jan) Fridley, and Caleb Hayes; 6 great grandchildren; 3 great -great grandchildren; sisters Mildred Sliwinski and Louise Lochary.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday May 25th, 2024, from 12 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Aaron May officiating. Burial will follow in Glencoe Cemetery.
