Charles Russell Stillion, 61 of Cumberland Run Rd., Jacobsburg died Friday May 19, 2006 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born December 2, 1944 in Bellaire, son of the late Thomas Austin Stillion and Vera Vivian Bates Stillion.

He was a former truck driver for Iron City Distributors in Mingo Junction, a member of Clarksburg United Methodist Church, Cumberland Run Little Beavers 4-H Leader for over 40 years, and a member of the Teamsters Local.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Charles "Chuckie" Stillion, Jr.; a daughter, Kara Rose Gillespie; sister, Candy Thorn.

Surviving are his wife, Rose Thornton Stillion; daughter, Theresa Marie Palmer of Jacobsburg; sisters, Marcie Porter of Centerville, and Sue Ault of Jacobsburg; brothers, Don and Cliff Stillion of Sebring, Ohio.; 3 granddaughters, Julia Rena Palmer, Kassie Rena Gillespie, and Kayla Rose Palmer.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday with Pastors Larry Helms and Ed Emory officiating. Burial follows in Glencoe Cemetery.
