ROUSE, Russell Thomas, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died May 16, 2013 in Forest Hill Nursing Home.
He was born June 16, 1920 in Follansbee, West Virginia, son of the late Edward Frank Rouse and Mary DeGarmo Rouse.
Russell was a retired employee from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel's Yorkville Plant. He enjoyed researching genealogy and was a member of the Cumberland Trail Genealogical Society in St. Clairsville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his loving wife of 68 years, Shirley E. Hilton Rouse; a son, Craig Thomas Rouse and his wife Cynthia of Kansas City, Missouri; nieces, nephews and friends.
Private Services were held at the convenience of the family and were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made in Russell's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
