Russell H. Garloch, 61, of St. Clairsville died April 21, 2019 at his home surrounded by family.

He was born May 13, 1957 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Charles "Chic" Garloch and Ivalene Stewart Garloch.

Russ worked for Belmont County Department of Jobs and Family Services for over 27 years. He enjoyed shooting pool and playing in local tournaments, fishing, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Harry Garloch and a niece, Diane McCormick.

Surviving are the love of his life, Joyce; his children, Lori Garloch Fletcher, Chris (Dana) Garloch, Brian (Christina) Garloch, Stacie Garloch, Brandi (Bryan), Brittany (Dustin) Kolanski and Bradli (Darren) Baker; grandchildren: Lexie, Zachary, Jayde-lyn, Sienna, Brennan, Keaton, Zander, Orion, Easton, Bryley, Brynna, Bryndalynn, Britton, Brionna, Bristol and Brett; one great grandchild Miyah; sisters, Betty McGarry, Patty (Trevor) Howells, Nancy Kimble and Dorothy Seevers; a brother, Jim (Kathy) Garloch; a special niece, Sherri Marlin and several nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to his work family and his pool buddies for all the love and support that they provided during this difficult time.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Thursday at Noon with Jeff Kent officiating.
