LANGFORD, Roy J., 65, of Lodi, Wisconsin, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Serenity Homes, De Forest, Wisconsin.

He was born June 11, 1947 in Des Plaines, Illinois, son of the late Oval "Bud" and Ruth Langford.

Roy was a retired fleet mechanic from the United States Postal Service. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Des Plaines and he served in the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Diane Scarff Langford; a sister, Laura Raichle and her husband Ken of Kylesford, Tennessee; his mother-in-law, Wilma Henderson Scarff of Illinois; an uncle and aunts, Bruce and Dorothy Henderson of St. Clairsville and Doris Ochs of Fredericks, Maryland; dear friends, Lori and Robert Ortega of Illinois; a niece and nephew.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 12 p.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America.
