Roger Lee Shunk, Sr., 69, of Bellaire, OH died Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at his home.  He was born February 11, 1953, in Bellaire, a son of the late Alvin and Marie Parker Shunk.

Roger was a retired employee of the Zemex Limestone Company and a Protestant by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Charles W. Shunk in 2021; siblings, Betty Campbell, Marge Littleton, Anna Bell, Judy Armstrong, Alvin Shunk, Bill Shunk, Raymond Shunk, Richard Shunk, Donald Shunk.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Fulton Shunk of Bellaire; his children, Roger (Katie) Shunk, Jr. of Valley Grove, WV and Alicia (Doug) Gallaher of Shadyside, OH; siblings, Linda McCormick of Glencoe, Charles "Pete" Shunk and Larry Shunk both of Bellaire, Frank Shunk of St. Clairsville; grandchildren, John Shunk, Lillian Gallaher, Kimber Gallaher, Benjamin Shunk, Rebecca Shunk, Madison Shunk; great grandsons, Ryder Shunk and Sawyer Shunk; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 pm until time of service at 4 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Rev. Tom Jones officiating.  Final arrangements at the convenience of the family.
