Robin Lee Phillips Sr., 63, of Jacobsburg, Ohio died May 8, 2020 at his home.

He was born March 1, 1957 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Nyle W. Phillips and Lois Jane Ewan Phillips.

Robin was an employee of Washington Township. He enjoyed farming, Nascar, working on vehicles and rebuilding old trucks and he was always willing to help anyone in need.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Glenn Phillips, a sister, Tina Phillips and a niece, Keli Phillips.

Surviving are his loving wife of 44 years, Cynthia "Cindy" Moore Phillips; three children, Bobie (Adam) Phillips-McFarland, Robin Lee (Jasmine) Phillips Jr. and Matthew Dale (Kristen Shaffer) Phillips; two sisters, Debbie Phillips and Tracy Lucas; seven grandchildren, Dylan, Ryley, Austin, Hannah, Nyle, Kylee and Blaney, nieces and nephews and he had a close relationship with grandma Patty Moore.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Private visitation and services will be held with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio and service Wednesday with his brother-in-law, R. Wesley Moore officiating. Burial will be in Armstrong Cemetery.
