Obituary
Robert H. Willard, 81, passed away on October 17, 2006 at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville, OH. He was born on February 8, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry and Clara Nichols Wakefield Willard.
Surviving are one sister, Annie Wakefield Sherman of Palatka, FL, one niece and husband, Joanne and Larry Hammond of Clarksburg, WV, and one nephew and wife, Martin and Karen Sherman of Palatka, FL.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Willard was preceded in death by two brothers, Junior Willard and Leonard Willard Murphy.
Mr. Willard served proudly in the U. S. Army during World War II from February 21, 1942 to February 7, 1945.
Services will be held with Full Military Honors at West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, West Virginia on Friday, Oct. 20, 2006 at 11 a.m. Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
