Robert Ronald Wagner, 63 of Martha Dr., St.Clairsville, died Sunday, April 13, 2003 at his home. He was born October 26, 1939 in Canton, Ohio. A son of Elizabeth Painter Wagner Cash and the late Clyde Wagner.
Bob was a retired U.S. Navy Damage Control Chief Petty Officer with 26 years of service, a veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm Eras, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a former employee of R&F Coal Co. of Cadiz and Stenger Trucking of Barnesville.
A member of Oak Grove Calvary Chapel at Piedmont, Kirkwood Lodge F&AM at Hendrysburg, and Scottish Rite Valley of Cambridge.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Myron Cash and two sisters, Ina and Myra Cash.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Parma, Ohio are his wife, Carol Leigh Wagner; four daughters, Robin A. Garabrandt and her husband Ron of Virginia Beach, Rhonda R. Johnson and her husband Tim and Cara N. Smith and her husband Michael of Cambridge, and Jodi L. Briggs and her husband Orion of Glencoe; a son, Robert N. Wagner and his wife Shannon of Fayetteville, NC.; a brother, David Wagner of Piedmont; two sisters, Carol Littler of Pittsburgh and Kathryn Felatore of Key West, FL.; 13 grandchildren, Brittany A. Shipley, Karisa R. Garabrandt, Alyssa K. Wagner, Jacob R. Wagner, Elijah R. Wagner, Sage L. Keltee, Peyton K. Keltee, Aliya B. Johnson, Brandon M. Dickerson, Courtney J. Johnson, Samuel D. Briggs, Ray E. Briggs, Katie L. Briggs.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Oak Grove Calvary Chapel at Piedmont, Ohio on Saturday, April 26, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Bob Merritt officiating.
