Robert Philip "Rob" Sirca, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

He was born August 12, 1966, in Willoughby, Ohio, a son of Gene F. and Helen Puruczky Sirca.

A middle son and the peacemaker of the family, Rob was a 1984 graduate of St. Clairsville High School where he excelled in tennis and was the OVAC Tennis Champion. He continued his education and earned a bachelor's degree from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. Rob was a good athlete, an avid golfer and tennis player, and enjoyed jogging and reading. He worked in the family business at Print N' Copy in St. Clairsville and was a junior tennis instructor at Oglebay Park in Wheeling. Rob was a Christian and lived his faith with a sweet spirit that will be missed by family and friends.

Rob is survived by his parents, Gene and Helen Sirca; two children, Bradley (Merissa) Sirca and Amanda Sirca (Paul) Morrison; his two brothers, Gene F. (Sally) Sirca Jr. and Mark A. (Charlene) Sirca; three grandchildren, Roman and Naomi Sirca and James Morrison with one more on the way; a niece, Chloe (Yancey) Hall; and two nephews, Jedrek A. (Ava) Sirca and Isaac A. Sirca.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Ridge Farm in Wingett Run, Ohio on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Noon. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
