Robert Lee "Bob" Phillips, 74, of Barnesville, died December 5, 2016 in Wheeling Hospital.

He was born September 20, 1942 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Robert L. and Anna Finney Phillips.

Robert was a retired construction worker from Local 1149. He was a member of Victory Baptist Chapel in St. Clairsville and he was a former DeMolay member.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Terry Lee Phillips.

Surviving are his wife, Frances Ann Bartolomucci Phillips; six children, Sherry (Hank) Holt of Flushing, Tammy (Roger) Digman of Warnock, Tom (Beth) Phillips of Moundsville, Matt (Jenea) Phillips of St. Clairsville, Nathan Phillips of Grafton and Rachel Yockey of Bethesda; 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Ann (John) Dietrich of Tiltonsville and Sara L. (Richard) Tuckosh of Belmont.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. until time of the Service at 7 p.m., with Pastor Murray Stafford officiating.
