Robert John Gacek's Obituary
Robert John Gacek, 62, of Steubenville, Ohio, died June 15, 2017 in Steubenville after a brief illness.
He was born November 23, 1954 in Bellaire, Ohio, youngest son of the late Charles Gacek Sr. and Antonia Rybkosky Gacek of Glencoe Ohio.
Bob was employed by Oak Park Consol. Bob loved traveling, working on models, woodworking and target shooting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his partner of 30 years, Mary Krauskopf and his oldest brother, Charles Gacek Jr.
Surviving are a brother, George Gacek of St. Clairsville, Ohio, a sister, Carole Gacek Worrell of Etna,Ohio; nephews, Rick, Craig, and Casey Gacek; nieces, Karen Wallace, luAnn Lazear, Vicky Sutton, Keeley Corrick, Tina Chipukaizer, Kim Lorch, and Deb Jerman; 7 great nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at Toothman Funeral Home, 141 South Marietta St., St Clairsville, Ohio on Saturday, July 8th at 1:30 p.m.
Burial immediately follows in Glencoe Cemetery.
