Robert W. Britton, Sr, 79 of Holloway, OH passed away August 4, 2022, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, WV.

He was born August 11, 1942, in Holloway, OH a son of the late Harry and Edna Keiger Britton.

Robert served in the United States Air Force prior to becoming a grounds keeper for Cadiz Country Club and he drove a truck for Cravat Coal and Jonida Trucking Co. He was a former member of the Flushing Alliance Church and a member of the NRA and the Holloway Old Timers Club. Robert was an avid gun collector and enjoyed attending car shows and flea markets.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William Britton, Sr. and Jake Britton and a sister, Evelyn Borton.

Robert is survived by his children, Kenny (Bridget) Brooks of Flushing, OH, Robyn (Matthew) Farrier of Bridgeport, OH, and Robert W. Britton, Jr of Morristown, OH, grandchildren, Brandon Brooks, Matilyn Brooks, Bailee Brooks, Owen Farrier, Riley Farrier, Emma Britton, and Kinzi Britton.

Graveside services on Wednesday at noon at Rock Hill Cemetery in Flushing, OH, with Pastor Mark Statler officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
