Robert Isaac "Bob" Palmer, 68, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died March 30, 2022, in Mercy Hospital, Canton, Ohio.

He was born May 21, 1953, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Carl Raymond Palmer and Helen Marie May Palmer Powell.

Bob was a retired crane operator. He enjoyed working and repairing things, especially mechanical tinkering.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Carl Edward Palmer, Carlos Anthony Palmer, Murven Eugene "Charlie" Palmer, and David Palmer.

Bob is survived by his life partner, Tina Early; three children, Carl Raymond Palmer, Robert Isaac Palmer Jr., and Leanna Lynn Palmer Johnston; two grandchildren, Carl Raymond Palmer Jr. and Samantha Lynn Palmer Watson; and two great grandchildren, Sonic Palmer and Marcey Palmer; brothers, Roger Palmer, William Palmer, Paul Palmer, Greg Palmer; sisters, Norma Tucker, Patty Wallace, Marcia Arn, Sarah Arn, and Melissa Palmer; nieces and nephews.

There will be no public services at this time.  The family will plan a celebration of life later. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
