Applegarth, Robert Wayne, 66 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born at Martins Ferry, Ohio on December 24, 1942 a son of the late John Applegarth and Marian Jones Applegarth Blattler.

He was a retired self employed Television repairman.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Lee Timmerman Applegarth; children, Gayle (Joel) Potts of Pickerington, OH and children Lauren and Courtney; Wendy (Tom) Pipo of Springfield, Ohio and children Ryan, Jordan and Andrew; Lori Applegarth of Wheeling and children Hannah and McKensie; Mark (Kelly) Applegarth of Galloway, Ohio and children Shayne and Aaron; Bob Applegarth of Wolfhurst and son Bobby; Cliff Applegarth of Wolfhurst; step children, Robin (Doug) Shanks of St. Clairsville and children Tyler and Katlyn; Jenny (Joe) Gray of St. Clairsville and Jaylyn; brother John of Martins Ferry and sister Sandy of Florida.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009 from 2 to 4 p.m. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
