Richard Joseph "Rick" Kanyuch, 62, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died November 18, 2019 at his home.

He was born October 29, 1957 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Edward and June Reed Kanyuch.

Rick was a teacher at Belmont Career Center and a former owner and operator of Rick's Auto Body. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, a life-time member of the St. Clairsville Saints Club, a proud member of the Fairpoint Polish Club and was an avid golfer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Butch Kanyuch.

Surviving are his loving wife and high school sweetheart of 45 years, Julie Browning Kanyuch; two children, Joe (Jodi) Kanyuch and Jayna (Craig) Blevins; three precious grandchildren who adored their Grandy, Trenton Kanyuch, Olivia and Haddie Blevins; four siblings, Patricia Grigaitis, Gary (Marsha) Kanyuch, Jon (Brenda) Kanyuch and Jeff (Liz) Kanyuch; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Visitation will be held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday from 3 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 4:30 p.m. with Craig Blevins officiating. Following the service there will be a Celebration of Rick's Life at the Fairpoint Polish Club.
