Obituary
Richard Eugene Householder, 43 formerly of Belmont Habilitation Center in St. Clairsville died Monday, February 14, 2005 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling.
This special child was born on July 30, 1961 to Gary E. Householder and Sheila Clark Householder of Woodford, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carl and Gladys Householder; maternal grandparents, Robert and Lena Clark; infant sister, Sheila Householder.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are two sisters, Barbara Mazzella of Laurel, Delaware and Penny Ashley of Woodford, Virginia; 1 nephew, 2 nieces, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2005 with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial follows in Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge, Ohio.
