Richard Irwin "Dick" Eastham, 90, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died February 8, 2024, in Barnesville Hospital.
He was born March 30, 1933, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, the son of the late Laura Agnes Coffield Eastham and Herbert J. Eastham.
Dick was the retired owner and operator of Eastham Excavating and a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean arena. He was a member of the Christian Apostolic Church at Taplin. Richard was also an avid antique Sheppard Tractor restorer and collector, diesel mechanic, welder, loving father and devoted husband.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Odell Gatti Eastham, his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Marion Corbett.
Dick is survived by his son, Richard N. Eastham of Gardner, Massachusetts, his brother-in-law, Bernard "Ben" (Nancy) Gatti and Mary Lou Gatti (Gary) Klamut, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m., with Brother Dan Ponzani officiating. The entombment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
