Richard Larry "Rich" Weir Sr., 54, of Rayland, OH., passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born August 14, 1968, in Camden, NJ, the son of the late Kathryn Ann Weir Fisher.

Richard was an employee of Interstate Waste Services in Amsterdam, OH., and a member of the Eagles in Dillonvale, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his wife, Angela Helms Weir of Rayland; seven children, Richard L. (Cheyanne) Weir of Yorkville, OH, Charles (Taylor) Strussion of Columbus, OH, Dylan Colvin of Rayland, Michael (Brea) Weir of Smithfield, OH, Dylan (Lauren) Weir of St. Clairsville, OH, Hunter Colvin of Albuquerque, NM; Summer (Jimmy) Weir of Martins Ferry, OH, one sister, Lisa Weir of Charlotte, NC; two brothers, William (Amanda) Fisher and Robert Fisher both of Harrisburg, PA; five grandchildren, Jayden Weir, Jaylinn Donley, Levi Weir, Grayson Strachan and Bexlie Strachan.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 2-6 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services at 6 pm.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
