WILLIAMS, Rhonda Ann Frazier, 49, of Bellaire, died Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Belmont Community Hospital.
She was born in Alexandria, Virginia, on November 16, 1963, daughter of Joann Boston Frazier and the late Dale William Frazier Sr.
Rhonda was a former employee with the VOCA Corporation.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dale W. Frazier Jr.
She is survived by her mother Joann Frazier; two daughters, Misty Bonnette and Amanda Bowersock; two brothers, Mark A. Frazier and John M. Frazier; three grandchildren, Joseph, Cerah and Suezanne.
Family and friends are invited to a Graveside Service on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Armstrongs Cemetery, Armstrongs Mills, Ohio, with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
