Palmer, Rebecca Mae, 44 of Bel Capre Apartments, Bellaire, Ohio, died Friday, August 26, 2011 at her home.
She was born November 6, 1966 in Havana, Illinois, a daughter of Murven Palmer, Sr., and the late Daisy Skaggs Roberts.
She was a former nurse's aide at Forest Hill Nursing Home in St. Clairsville, and a Christian.
Surviving in addition to her father of Jacobsburg, are her daughter, Heather (Greg) Reline of Barton; a brother, Murven Palmer of Jacobsburg; sisters, Brooke Palmer and Charlene McCormick of Bellaire.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Lewis officiating.
Burial will follow in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
