Rebecca Moore Willman, 59, passed away at her home on February 27, 2020. Rebecca was born on February 25, 1961.  She was the youngest daughter of Alex and Frances Moore of Morgan Hill Road, Adena, Ohio.

Rebecca graduated from St. Clairsville HS and attended the Belmont Technical School. Rebecca was the Owner of Best Wood Barns and a lover of all animals. Rebecca was preceded in death by her father Alex Moore, her mother Frances Moore, and her sister Lucinda Moore.

Rebecca is survived by her brother Dennis Moore and sister in law Nancy Moore, and sons Chris Willman, Ryan Deaton, Doug Deaton, and grandchildren, Alexander & Elise Deaton. Rebecca will be eternally missed by her family and friends. She was a kind and caring person and was respected and loved by all who knew her.
