Rayna Jo Todd Wells, 61, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, March 27, 2016 at The James Cancer Hospital in Columbus.
She was born April 9, 1954 in Fontana, California, a daughter of Phyllis Jo Chance Todd and the late C. Eugene Todd.
Rayna was a 1972 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She was a Belmont Techinal School Graduate with an Associate Degree and she was an Ohio University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She was formerly employed as a community support provider at Tri-County Help Center until May of 2005. And was currently the full time home health care provider for her son, Troy through Maxim Healthcare Services and Acute Care. Rayna was an avid animal advocate and rescuer.
Surviving in addition to her mother, Phyllis Todd of St. Clairsville, are her three children, Troy Herman and Farrah (Steve) Wolfe both of St. Clairsville and Danielle Faith Wells of Dublin, Ohio; two brothers, Brady (Debbie) Todd of Delaware, Ohio and Scott (Crystal) Todd of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister, Bridget Todd Wetmore of Simpsonville, South Carolina; two grandchildren, Austin Herman and Gage Wolfe; seven nieces; a nephew; four great nieces; a great nephew; and her significant other of 26 years, Franklin Van Sickle Jr.
There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, with Rev. Adam Davis officiating.
