Raymond Scott Violet, born February 21, 1958, passed away on September 12, 2025, at home surrounded by the love of his family.

Raymond is survived by his sisters, including Karen Turner and Desiree (Carl) Myers, as well as many nieces and nephews who will carry on his memory. He was also blessed with great-nieces and great-nephews who brought joy and light into his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Loretta Violet, and his older brother, Bob, whom he now joins in rest.

He lived a quiet life, loved spending time outdoors, whether it was working his garden or cutting wood, and enjoyed time with his family. Those that knew him best understood the depth of his heart and the love for his family. He found comfort and companionship in his beloved dog, Beans, and his cat, Midnight, who remained faithfully by his side.

Raymond's final days were spent surrounded by family, a testament to the bonds of love that endured through it all.

He will be remembered with love and affection by those who knew and loved him.

As per his wishes, no visitation or funeral services are planned.
