Raymond B. Arriola, 81, of St. Clairsville died Monday, May 4, 2015 in Wheeling Hospital.
He was born July 3, 1933 in Saipan, son of the late Ramon and Maria Borja Arriola.
Raymond was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired employee of Abbott Laboratories in Illinois. He was a U.S. Army and National Guard Veteran and was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Wolfhurst.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Reba Faye King.
Surviving are his loving wife of 51 years, Emma J. Spangler Arriola; his daughter, Sherry (Mike) Schmidt of Austin, Texas; two grandchildren, Alicia Thalhofer of Pennsicola, Florida and Josh King of Germany; a great granddaughter, Abby Thalhofer; several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Jospeh's Catholic Church in Wolfhurst with Father John Mucha as celebrant. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
