Rayford Andrew "Ray" West Jr., 63, of Martins Ferry, Ohio died February 28, 2015 in Wheeling Hospital.
He was born June 19, 1951 in Martins Ferry, son of the late Rayford Andrew West Sr. and Katherine Jane Kuntz West.
Ray was known as a "Jack of all Trades" and retired as a Security Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Ann Ramsay.
Surviving are his daughter, Delithia West of Clarington; a sister, Kendra (Tom) Yingling of Bridgeport; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held at Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on Friday from 1 p.m. until time of Service at 2 p.m. followed by inurnment.
Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
