Randy Lee Underwood Sr., 68, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died January 3, 2024, at his home.

He was born May 5, 1955, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Floyd E. Underwood and Lila Mae Corbett Underwood.

Randy was a retired coal miner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Bertie Underwood.

Randy is survived by two sons, Randy (Ashley Burch) Underwood and Josh (Danielle Knox) Underwood; three brothers, Donley Underwood, Dennis Underwood, and Rodney Underwood; six grandchildren, Lakin, Becca, Mason, Rylee, Zoey, and River; nieces and nephews.

Honoring Randy's wishes, there will be no public services. A private burial will be in Holly Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
