Randy Lee Billetter, 45, of Belmont, Ohio died November 1, 2018 at his home.

He was born April 12, 1973 in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of Ronald Dean Billetter Sr. and Toni Mankin Billetter.

Randy was an operator with Aleris/Imco Recycling in Urichsville, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle.

Surviving are in addition to his parents, Dean (Debbie) and Toni (Andrea), are his wife, Connie Thorne Billetter; three children, Daniel (Riley) Billetter, Hunter Billetter and Brooklyn (Cody) Billetter; a brother, Ron (Suzie) Billetter Jr.; sister, Jeannie (Joe) Holliday; nieces and nephews and his faithful dog, Rosie.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m. with Pastor Don Eberhart officiating.
