Phyllis Jo Todd, 88, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died December 1, 2018 in Heartland of Dublin Care Center.

She was born February 19, 1930 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a daughter of the late Benjamin Stephen Chance and Mary Elizabeth Johnson Chance.

Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a homemaker and a seamstress of 43 years and a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, C. Eugene Todd, a daughter, Rayna J. Wells, and two sisters, Peggy Ferris and Beverly Mollica.

Surviving are her children, Brady E. Todd and wife Debby of Delaware, Ohio, Bridget N. Wetmore of Fountain Inn, South Carolina and Scott W. Todd and wife Crystal of Canton, Georgia; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Saturday, December 29 ^th from 12 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Tom Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
