Philip E. "Phil" DeLucas II, 62 of Flushing, Ohio died Thursday, September 25, 2008.
He was born August 10, 1946 in Chicago, a son of the late Philip Delucas and Grace Marie Carroll DeLucas.
Phil was a self employed gunsmith, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, member of the Flushing American Legion Post, NRA, and Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc.
He loved nature, boating, fishing, target shooting, and gunsmithing, but most of all he loved his children.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Philip E. DeLucas III.
Surviving are his daughter, Maxine E. DeLucas of Flushing; a sister, Renee Dampman of Chicago; a niece, Vanessa.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
