Penny Lynn Drake, 45, of Belmont, OH passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Liza's Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, WV.  She was born July 11, 1977, in Wheeling, a daughter of Kathy Tiano Alvey and the late Charles Boggs.

Penny was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.  Penny enjoyed arts, crafts, crocheting and the outdoors, but most of all, her children.

Surviving are her husband, Shawn Drake of Belmont; her children, Brandon Givens of Columbus, OH., Liam Drake and Brittany Drake, both of Belmont; her mother, Kathy Alvey of Bridgeport, OH.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, OH where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 am with Chaplain Michael Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Belmont Cemetery, Belmont, OH.
