Shunk, Penny Jo "Do Do", 48 of Lansing, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Cumberland Pointe Nursing Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio after a long battle with Diabetes.

She was born at Martins Ferry Hospital on July 11, 1960 at a daughter of Alvin Leroy "Zig" Shunk and the late Donna Marie Davis Shunk.

Do Do was a former employee of Forest Hill Nursing Home at St. Clairsville. She was a very pleasant and caring person who never complained about her problems. She also loved Country Music and the Dallas Cowboys. Do Do?s family wants her to know she was loved and will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother Donna and grandmothers, Lenore Davis and Marie Shunk.

Surviving are 3 sisters, Jeannie Pelkey and Wallie of Warnock; K-K Shunk and Larry of Flushing; Suzie Roush and Dale of Warnock; 2 brothers, Jerry Shunk and Robin of Blaine; Donald Shunk and Star of St. Clairsville and her father Alvin "Zig" Shunk and Mildred of Bellaire.

Friends and family will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
