Obituary
Peggy Lee Reline Davis, 91 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, January 18, 2016 at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville.
She was born March 4, 1924 in Wheeling, WV., a daughter of the late Joseph Mitchell Howell and Mary Edna Penrose Howell.
Peggy was a homemaker, member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville, she loved sports, was an avid golfer, and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, George Reline and Elmer Davis; two sisters, Mary Ruth Kildow and Geraldine Diab.
Surviving are two children, Cindy (L.K.) Hess and Greg Reline both of St. Clairsville; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
