Taylor, Paul "Warren", 88 of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Monday, June 29, 2009 at his home.

He was born August 22, 1920 in Jacobsburg, a son of the late Samuel Burton Taylor and Leota Briggs Taylor.

Warren was a retired construction worker, former employee of Smith Township, a farmer, a Methodist by faith, and member of Laborer?s Local Union #1149.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jo Ellen Taylor; a grandson, Don Wayne Taylor; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Surviving are his wife, Delores M. Higgins Taylor; nine sons, Warren Terry Taylor of Washington, Greg Taylor of Bridgeport, Roger Taylor of Belmont, Larry Taylor of Neffs, Paul Wayne "Crow" Taylor of Bellaire, Johnny Taylor of Jacobsburg, Brent Taylor of St. Clairsville, Mark Taylor of Piketon, Ohio, and Tim Taylor of Bridgeport; two daughters, Sharon Yoss of Belmont and Valerie Marbais of Georgia; 33 grandchildren and 57 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial follows in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
