Paul Francis Dunbar, 58 a 23 year resident of the Belmont Habilitation Center in St.Clairsville died Friday, August 27, 2004 in Wheeling Hospital.

He was born on March 23, 1946 a son of the late John Dunbar and Ruth Bright Dunbar.

Paul?s infectious spirit touched the lives of many and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Paul loved to bowl and he participated in Special Olympics. He won several medals because of his great love of the sport. He also worked at Belco Crafts, his favorite job was sawing wood in the woodshop.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bernice Allen Fritter.

Surviving are a niece, Donna Bond of Smyrna, Ohio; three nephews, Gregory and Bryan Fritter of Piedmont, Ohio, Jeffrey Fritter of Freeport, Ohio and several cousins.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:30 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St.Clairsville. Burial follows in Oak Grove Cemetery, Piedmont, Ohio.
