MARSHALL, Paul E. "Butchie", 38 of St. Clairsville, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he currently resided.
He was born in Wheeling, WV on Feb. 23, 1973, son of Charles E. Marshall and Sharon B. Milligan Marshall of St. Clairsville.
Paul was a machinist by trade and was currently employed as a roofer at a construction company in Tennessee.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his 6 year old daughter, Allura Ryan Marshall; his fiancée, Candace Yeager; his brother, Dwayne (Denice) Marshall of Rayland, Ohio; a sister, Melissa (Jerry) Smigle of Bridgeport, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Ben and Rita Milligan of Deland, Florida; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday from 2 p.m. until time of services at 4 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
