Patricia Marie Ramsay Shutler, 64, of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, died peacefully at home on July 2, 2022.

She was born July 10, 1957, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ella Mae Brunner Ramsay and William J. Ramsay.

Patty was a former grocery store manager. She was well known for her extreme love of animals and was a past director of the Humane Society of Parkersburg.

Pat is survived by her husband of 40 years, Michael Joseph "Mike" Shutler; her special son, Andy Shutler; a sister, Linda (Wilson) Toothman; a brother, William E. "Bill" (Marlene) Ramsay; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Wednesday, July 6 ^th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Visitation will again be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on Thursday, July 7 ^th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:30 a.m., with Father John Rice as the celebrant. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling, West Virginia.
