Patricia Sue Leonard, 81, of Fairpoint, Ohio, died August 23, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born March 16, 1945, in Fairpoint, a daughter of the late Leo and Virginia Shores Stachyra.

Patricia was a retired co-owner of T.E. Leonard Home Maintenance. She was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School. Patricia was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville and a member of the Fairpoint Polish Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Connie Melet and June Helen Jones, and two brothers, Richard and Edmond Stachyra.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 61 years, Thomas E. Leonard Sr.; three children, Cindy (Kevin) Villiers, Thomas Leonard Jr., and Lisa Schultz; two grandchildren, Megan (Errol) Zoog and Nick (Ricardo) Villiers; and three great grandchildren, Emory, Madison and Evan Zoog.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday, August 27th from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 2:30 p.m., with Father Thomas Chillog officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
