Obituary

Patricia "Patty" Ann  Godaway, 77, of Magnolia, Texas, formerly of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died February 14, 2021 at home.

She was born in Billings, Montana on May 4, 1943, the daughter of the late John and Helen Dolak Pinter.

Patty was a loving mother, Bubba (grandmother), sister, and aunt. She was a member of Grace Family Fellowship in Willis, Texas.  She was an extraordinary person who loved taking care of others.

In addition to her parents and in-laws, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Stanley A. Godaway.

Surviving are a daughter, Michelle (Michael) Reams of Magnolia, Texas; a son, Stanley "Tony" (Debbie) Godaway of Willis, Texas; three grandchildren, Taylor (Greg) Godaway Kanagy, Sydney (Ricky Schuter) Godaway and Katie Reams; two great grandsons, Abraham Stanley Godaway Kanagy and Magnus James Godaway Kanagy; a sister, Bonnie (Ron) Zuzak of St. Clairsville; two brothers, John (Marva) Pinter of Canal Winchester, Ohio and Brian (Monty Scott) Pinter of Ligonier, Pennsylvania; brother-in-law, Charles "Chico" Godaway of St. Clairsville, Ohio; nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Memorial Visitation and Service will be held on Sunday June 6, 2021 from 3 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.  The inurnment will be with her husband, Stanley, in the Western Reserve National Cemetery, near Rittman, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made in Patty's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
