Patricia Garcia was born in Rocky Fork, Ohio on January 7, 1944 to the late Herman and Gail (Boston) Rankin. She passed away in Wheeling Hospital on October 27, 2020.

Patricia was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved animals and is survived by her pet dog, Annie.

Survivors include her children, Alan Garcia and Carla Garcia; grandchildren, Danielle Dvorak, Alan Dvorak and Carlee Kuntz; great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Garcia; sister, Carol Emrick; and brother, Donnie Rankin.

There will be no public services. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
