Patricia Ann Fuller Bulger, 84, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died on January 26, 2026, at Forest Hill Nursing Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

She was born in Bellaire, Ohio, on August 28, 1941, a daughter of the late Albert Ross Fuller Sr. and Florence L. Lynn Fuller.

Patricia was a retired employee from Gatto Food Service in Bellaire, Ohio. She was a member of the Full Sunrise Gospel Church in Stewartsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Richard Bulger Sr.; a son, James Richard Bulger Jr.; a sister, Barbara Greenlee; a brother, Charles R. “Bob” Fuller; and a brother-in-law, Fred Serles.

Pat is survived by her two children, Diana Lynn (Alex) Hallmark and Gregory Allen Bulger; two grandchildren, Alex (Jen) Hallmark and Sara (Tony) Valente; two great grandchildren, Aria and Ethan Valente; a brother, Albert R. (Gina) Fuller Jr.; two sisters, Mary Lou Serles and Terri Fuller; and nieces and nephews.

At Pat’s request, there will be no public visitation or service. Private arrangements were held at the convenience of the family with Toothman Funeral Home.
