Otis C. "Sonny" Stonebraker, 87, of Centerville, Ohio, died peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Cumberland Pointe Care Center in St. Clairsville.

He was born October 24, 1934, in Centerville, Ohio, a son of the late Otis R. Stonebraker and Elizabeth Mae Lucas Stonebraker.

Otis was the owner and operator of Stonebraker's Garage in Centerville for 46 years and a member of Centerville Christian Church and the East Richland Friends Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Sonny was a founding member of the Smith Township Volunteer Fire Department.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Helen J. Foster Stonebraker, and a sister, Betty L. Dunfee.

Otis is survived by three children, Julie Ann (Tom) Nagy, Gregory (Janet) Stonebraker, and Cathy Jo (David) Smith; seven grandchildren, Eric (Amy) Nagy, Michael (Rachel) Nagy, Ryan (Jennifer) Smith, Casey (Dan) Smith Utter, Jamie (Eric) Smith Frances, Jonathan Stonebraker, and Randy (Rachael) Stonebraker; and nineteen great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., where services will be held for Otis and his wife Helen on Sunday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Centerville.
