Oscar "Skippy" Niemann, 76, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died November 4, 2023in Park Health Center.

He was born March 2, 1947, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a son of the late Oscar E. Niemann and Viola Morton Nieman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, William Diab and nephew, William L. Diab.

Skippy is survived by his sister, Betty Diab of St. Clairsville, a niece, Norma Diab, and special friends, Paul and Leona Elerick and family.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Darrell McVay officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
