Hutchison, Olive R. Rider, 87, of St. Clairsville, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Barnesville Hospital.

She was born in Minnie Ha Ha Springs, West Virginia on April 29, 1921, daughter of the late Alexander and Minnie Ritchie Rider. She was born again in Christ on September 28, 1939.

Olive was a homemaker and a Belmont County Election Poll Worker for 25 years and a member of the Rock Hill Baptist Church in Flushing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three children, James Samuel Hutchison, Laura Jean Hutchison and Lonnie Hutchison; a sister, Ratie Rider; a brother, Lloyd Rider.

She is survived by her husband, Earl R. Hutchison; 5 children, Lloyd Wylie (Margaret) Hutchison of Harrisville, Lucy Snyder of St. Clairsville, Larry (Linda) Hutchison of Lafferty, Lauratta Ronevich of Barnesville and Lewis (Eva) Hutchison of Bellaire; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Robert Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda.
