Norma Joyce Kolb, 83, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died January 28, 2022, in Forest Hill Nursing Home.

She was born March 11, 1938, in Wheeling Valley, Ohio.

Norma was a retired employee of the Belmont County Department of Jobs and Family Services. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon. Additional memberships included the Benjamin Lundy Chapter of the Questers; the Cambridge Glass Collectors Club and the Imperial Glass Collectors.

Norma was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor June Coates (Wilbur) Holt, her father, James Deem, and her husband, Willard "Woody" Kolb.

Surviving are her three children, Lisa Kolb, David (Beth) Kolb, and Lynn Kolb; two grandchildren, Madelyn and Will Kolb; a sister, Willa Rader; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Life Celebration Dinner held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., July 7, 2022, at the J.C. Shelter at Memorial Park in St. Clairsville. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
