WEBB-WINSTEAD, Nora Lynn, 36, of Adena, Ohio, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at home.

She was born July 17, 1976 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of Fred and Carol Hursey Webb.

Nora was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Colerain; she was a 1995 Buckeye Local High School graduate; and a 1999 West Liberty University graduate.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Mary Hursey and Marvalee Webb; and great grandmother, Nora Powell.

Surviving are her parents, Fred and Carol Webb of Adena, OH; her husband, Stephen A. Winstead Jr. of Raeford, NC; a sister, Dana Webb Jackson of St. Charles, IL; mother-in-law, Karen Winstead of Quincy, MA and father-in-law, Stephen (Cheryl) Winstead Sr. of Greer, SC.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Colerain, Ohio, with Father Dale F. Tornes the celebrant. Burial will follow in Koontz Cemetery, Milledgeville, Ohio.
